04 - 120 ml milk
05 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C), filling the pot approximately 3 inches deep.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix, egg, milk, and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until smooth and free of lumps.
03 - Dip each jumbo marshmallow into the batter, ensuring uniform coating, and gently shake off any excess batter.
04 - Carefully place coated marshmallows into the hot oil and fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.
05 - Remove marshmallows using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
06 - While still warm, optionally top marshmallows with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with sprinkles before serving immediately.
