Crack Chicken Penne (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pasta

01 - 8 oz penne pasta
02 - 4 slices bacon, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
05 - 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
06 - 1 cup chicken broth
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.
03 - In same skillet, add olive oil and chicken pieces. Season with ranch mix, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
04 - Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring mixture to a simmer.
05 - Stir in cooked pasta, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cook until cheeses melt and sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
06 - Crumble and add back the cooked bacon, stirring to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
