01 -
Pop those chicken strips onto a plate right away. Throw on some green onions for a bit of flair if you want, and dip them in whatever sauces you love, like ranch or barbecue.
02 -
Let the strips bake for about 15 to 20 minutes in your hot oven, flipping them once at the halfway point. Double-check the center's hit 74°C so you know they're done.
03 -
Start with one chicken strip, dip it in milk, dust it with flour, dunk it in the eggs, then press it into those crushed chips till it's totally covered. Lay it on your tray when you're done.
04 -
Set out a line of shallow bowls—one with flour, one with milk, one for the eggs, and the last with your crushed Doritos.
05 -
Smash up the Doritos right in the bag so you get big breadcrumb-style pieces.
06 -
Chop each chicken breast into strips about 8 to 10 cm long and 5 to 7 cm wide. Toss the strips in a bowl and leave them for a sec.
07 -
Get your oven hot at 200°C. Cover two trays with foil or just brush on some olive oil. If you've got a wire rack, stick it on the tray.
