01 -
Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare two baking trays by lining them with foil or lightly brushing with olive oil. Position a wire rack on the tray if available.
02 -
Cut chicken breasts into strips approximately 8–10 cm long and 5–7 cm wide. Place the pieces in a bowl and set aside.
03 -
Crush Doritos in the closed bag until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs.
04 -
Arrange separate shallow bowls containing milk, flour, beaten eggs, and crushed Doritos in sequence for dredging.
05 -
Working with one piece at a time, dip each chicken strip into milk, then flour, followed by eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with crushed Doritos. Place coated strips onto prepared baking tray.
06 -
Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, turning the strips once halfway through. Check that the internal temperature has reached 74°C and the chicken is fully cooked.
07 -
Serve immediately with desired dipping sauces such as barbecue or ranch. Garnish with sliced green onions if preferred.
