# Ingredients:

Chips

01 - 1 large bag (approx. 250 g) Nacho Cheese Doritos
02 - Extra crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos for topping

Meat & Seasoning

03 - 450 g ground beef
04 - 1 packet (approx. 28 g) taco seasoning

Sauces & Dairy

05 - 240 ml salsa
06 - 240 ml nacho cheese sauce
07 - 360 ml shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
08 - 120 ml sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and stir in taco seasoning until evenly incorporated.
02 - Grease a baking dish and spread a layer of whole Doritos evenly on the bottom. Top with the seasoned beef, salsa, and nacho cheese sauce. Dot small spoonfuls of sour cream over the layers.
03 - Sprinkle shredded Mexican-style cheese generously over the entire dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
04 - In the final 3 to 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle crushed Doritos on top to maintain crunch. Remove from oven, let rest for several minutes before serving. Garnish with additional sour cream, salsa, green onions, tomatoes, or jalapeños as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the dish to rest after baking to help the layers set and improve serving consistency.
