Sweet & Spicy Dragon Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - ½ cup soy sauce
02 - ¼ cup honey
03 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
06 - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to spice preference)

→ For Thickening

07 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
08 - 2 tbsp water

# Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan, add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sriracha sauce. Stir well to combine
02 - In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth to create a slurry
03 - Place saucepan over medium heat and bring mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking
04 - Slowly whisk in the cornstarch slurry, stirring constantly as the sauce thickens to a smooth consistency
05 - Once sauce has thickened, remove from heat and let cool slightly. Use immediately or store for later

01 - Adjust sriracha amount to control heat level
