03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
05 - 4 cups powdered sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 2-3 tablespoons milk (or more, as needed for consistency)

→ Fruit Toppings

08 - Strawberries, sliced
09 - Blueberries
10 - Kiwi, sliced
11 - Mandarin oranges, segments separated
12 - Raspberries
13 - Grapes, halved
14 - Other colorful fruits of your choice

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Using an Easter egg-shaped cookie cutter (or template), cut out egg shapes. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
02 - For pre-made sugar cookies, simply purchase large cookies from a store. For store-bought pizza crust, bake the crust first, then cut out egg shapes using a knife or cookie cutter. For pound cake slices, cut thick slices, then use an egg-shaped cutter or knife for shaping.
03 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and mix. Adjust consistency by adding milk one tablespoon at a time until smooth and spreadable.
04 - Spread cream cheese frosting generously over each cooled cookie or alternative base. Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, raspberries, grapes, and other colorful fruits to create an Easter egg pattern.
05 - Optionally, chill the fruit pizzas in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the frosting and meld flavors.
06 - Serve the Easter Egg Fruit Pizzas immediately and enjoy this festive treat.
