Remove the steak from refrigeration and allow it to reach room temperature for 30 minutes before preparation.

Slice steak into 1-inch cubes and generously season with salt and black pepper.

Heat a large skillet with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, arrange half the steak cubes in a single layer without crowding. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes, then flip and sear for an additional 2 minutes for medium doneness. Transfer the cooked steak to a plate and repeat with the remaining batch.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Melt the remaining 3 tablespoons butter in the skillet, then add the minced garlic. Stir constantly for 1–2 minutes until the garlic is aromatic and lightly golden, avoiding browning.

Return steak cubes and accumulated juices to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the garlic butter sauce and heat briefly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
