Spanish red pepper almond sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ½ oz Roasted Red Peppers
02 - ⅓ cup Raw Almonds
03 - ⅛ cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
04 - 1 Clove Garlic
05 - ½ tablespoon Vinegar
06 - ½ teaspoon Chipotle
07 - ¼ teaspoon Salt
08 - ¼ cup Olive Oil

# Instructions:

01 - Put all the ingredients in the blender or food processor.
02 - Mix all the ingredients well until the sauce becomes smooth.
03 - Adjust the salt to your taste.
04 - Serve next to your favorite dish.
