If using frozen spinach, thaw fully and squeeze out excess water. For broccoli, boil florets for 1–2 minutes until bright green, then drain.

Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C).

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, bacon, prepared vegetables, minced garlic, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Mix until uniformly blended. Incorporate optional ranch seasoning if desired.

Move mixture into a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) casserole dish, spreading evenly.

Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the top.
