08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

10 - 1 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, peas)
11 - Hot sauce, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C (350°F) to prepare for baking.
02 - Boil egg noodles following package directions until just al dente, approximately 5 to 7 minutes, then drain.
03 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned and onions are translucent, about 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined with beef and onions.
05 - Gently fold drained egg noodles into the creamy beef mixture until evenly coated.
06 - Lightly grease a baking dish and transfer the mixture evenly into it.
07 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole mixture.
08 - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
