01 - 3 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed

07 - 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
02 - Spread thawed hashbrowns evenly in the dish.
03 - Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in cheese and meat if using.
04 - Pour egg mixture over hashbrowns. Bake for 45-55 minutes until eggs are set and golden.
05 - Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with salsa or sour cream.
