# What You'll Need:

→ For the Crust

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - ½ cup butter, melted

→ For the Filling

03 - 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
04 - 8 oz sweetened whipping cream, cold
05 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
06 - ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom and up sides of springform pan using measuring cup. Refrigerate.
02 - Beat cream cheese, whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth (3-4 minutes). Add lemon juice and beat until combined.
03 - Pour filling into chilled crust and smooth top. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate 1-2 hours until set.
04 - Decorate with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, or strawberry sauce before serving.
