French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tortillas

01 - 8 large flour tortillas

→ Meat

02 - 450 grams thinly sliced deli roast beef

→ Cheese

03 - 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

→ Butter mixture

04 - 30 milliliters melted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder

→ Au Jus

07 - 1 packet au jus gravy mix
08 - 475 milliliters water

→ Garnish (optional)

09 - Chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly layer thinly sliced roast beef over each tortilla, then sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
03 - Roll each tortilla tightly and arrange seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the roll ups.
05 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the roll ups are golden brown and the cheese has fully melted.
06 - While baking, prepare the au jus according to package instructions using water.
07 - Optionally slice the roll ups in half and serve warm alongside the au jus for dipping, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Use whole wheat tortillas or add sautéed mushrooms for added flavor and texture.
