Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly layer thinly sliced roast beef over each tortilla, then sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.

Roll each tortilla tightly and arrange seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the roll ups.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the roll ups are golden brown and the cheese has fully melted.

While baking, prepare the au jus according to package instructions using water.
