03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Assembly

09 - 4 hamburger buns
10 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring often, until golden and caramelized.
02 - Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until thoroughly browned, using a spatula to break the meat into small pieces.
04 - Drain excess fat from the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
05 - While the beef mixture simmers, toast the hamburger buns until golden.
06 - Place a generous scoop of the beef and onion mixture onto each bottom bun. Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese and place the top bun. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Caramelize onions slowly to bring out their natural sweetness and enhance flavor depth.
