01 - 2 cups cooked white rice
02 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
04 - 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
05 - 1 cup sour cream
06 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

→ Toppings and Seasonings

07 - 1½ cups French fried onions, divided
08 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt to taste
11 - Black pepper to taste
12 - Chopped parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, 1 cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and transfer the mixture evenly into it.
04 - Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
