# Let's Cook!:

01 - Cut a block of mozzarella into 1-inch cubes, or halve pre-cut cheese sticks for uniform pieces. Place them on a plate and freeze for 15–20 minutes. This prevents the cheese from melting too quickly while frying
02 - Place the Doritos in a resealable plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin until they form fine crumbs. Alternatively, use a food processor for a more uniform texture. Transfer the crumbs to a shallow bowl
03 - Prepare three shallow bowls: Bowl 1: Flour for the first coating. Bowl 2: Beaten eggs mixed with milk. Bowl 3: Crushed Doritos for the final coating
04 - Roll each frozen cheese cube in flour, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess. Dip the floured cube into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off. Roll the cheese in the crushed Doritos, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs. For an extra-crispy coating, repeat steps 2 and 3 for a second layer
05 - In a deep frying pan or saucepan, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer to maintain a consistent temperature
