Fried Egg Quesadilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tortillas

01 - 2 flour tortillas

→ Eggs

02 - 2 large eggs

→ Cheese

03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

→ Produce

04 - 1 avocado, sliced

→ Butter and Seasoning

05 - 1 tablespoon butter
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter until melted.
02 - Crack one egg into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the whites are set but yolks remain runny. Remove and repeat with the second egg.
03 - Place one tortilla in the skillet and evenly sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over it.
04 - Arrange the fried eggs over the cheese, then layer with sliced avocado.
05 - Sprinkle remaining cheese over the avocado and cover with the second tortilla. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve immediately.
