Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Rollups

06 - 6 large flour tortillas
07 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix melted unsalted butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lay flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Brush each tortilla with a generous layer of garlic butter. Evenly scatter crumbled bacon over each tortilla, then top with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chives if using.
04 - Roll up each tortilla tightly from one end to create spirals. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Brush tops of rollups with remaining garlic butter. Bake in preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
06 - Allow rollups to cool briefly. Slice each rollup into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a serving platter. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, bake rollups directly on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
