03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese

08 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Rollups

10 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Garlic Butter

11 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
12 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

→ Optional Garnish

13 - Sliced pickles

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 7 to 8 minutes.
03 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat; let cool slightly.
04 - Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.
05 - Spread the beef mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
06 - Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure filling. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Allow to cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels. Garnish with sliced pickles if desired and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Use ground chuck with 15–25% fat content to ensure juiciness without excess grease.
02 - Unsalted butter helps control seasoning and creates a golden crust infused with garlic aroma.
