Garlic Butter Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 gold potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
04 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or preferred dried herb
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for optional garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to evenly coat with the garlic butter mixture.
04 - Distribute the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
05 - Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway, until golden brown and crisp on the outside and tender inside.
06 - Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, ensure potatoes are well dried after washing; spreading wedges evenly on the tray prevents steaming.
