02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

06 - 2 cups rice
07 - 3 cups chicken broth
08 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid.

03 - Layer the cooked rice and garlic butter shrimp alternately in a serving dish or plate for optimal presentation.
04 - Serve immediately while hot. Optionally garnish with fresh herbs or accompany with a side salad or steamed vegetables.

# Notes:

01 - For added heat, include a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing the shrimp.
02 - Rice can be substituted with quinoa or couscous for variation.
03 - Pair with fresh salad greens or lightly steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
