# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 2 tbsp (28g) butter
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced

→ For the Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
08 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Season the steak bites with salt and pepper to taste.

04 - Pour in the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
05 - Return the steak bites to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or a dash of paprika to the sauce.
02 - Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
