05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

08 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta

09 - 12 ounces twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 1 tablespoon butter
15 - Salt and pepper, to taste
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare twisted pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water, and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add to skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Remove steak and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then incorporate grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
05 - Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
06 - Fold cooked steak into the pasta mixture. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve promptly.

# Notes:

01 - Reserving pasta water helps to loosen and enhance the sauce's texture.
