Grilled Cheese Spaghetti (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Topping

01 - 2 soft Italian bread slices
02 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 1 tbsp softened butter
04 - 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
05 - ½ tsp fresh chopped basil

→ Stuffing

06 - 6 fresh mozzarella slices
07 - 1 cup cooked angel hair pasta
08 - ½ cup Bolognese sauce, ready to go

# Instructions:

01 - Put a pan on medium-low heat, no oil needed. Set the sandwich in the pan and cover it. Let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes without moving it till the bottom is golden. Flip it carefully, cover again, and cook till the other side’s golden and the cheese is all melted.
02 - Stir together butter, minced garlic, and basil in a small bowl. Spread this mix on one side of each bread slice. Press half the Parmesan into the butter on each slice.
03 - Fill a pot with salted water and bring it to a rolling boil. Toss in the angel hair pasta and cook it just till tender. Drain all the water out completely.
04 - In a bowl, combine the hot pasta with the Bolognese and stir it till everything's coated nicely.
05 - Lay one piece of bread with the buttered side down. Cover that with half the mozzarella slices. Scoop the pasta mix on top, spreading it around. Put the rest of the mozzarella on the pasta. Finish by placing the other bread slice on top, butter side up.

# Notes:

01 - Leftover pasta and sauce? This sandwich’s got you covered.
02 - Cook low and slow to get perfectly melty cheese without burning the bread.
03 - Using fresh mozzarella gives you that awesome stretchy cheese pull.
