# Ingredients:

Steak and Seasoning

01 - 1 lb (454 g) sirloin steak, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tsp salt
07 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
08 - 1 tsp dried oregano

Fries

09 - 3 large potatoes, cut into fries
10 - Oil for frying
11 - Salt, to taste

Salad

12 - 4 lettuce leaves
13 - 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
14 - ½ red onion, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Combine steak cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix thoroughly to coat evenly.
02 - Thread the seasoned steak cubes evenly onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning regularly to achieve uniform searing and smoky flavor.
03 - Deep-fry the potato strips in hot oil until golden and crisp. Drain excess oil and lightly season with salt.
04 - Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate, then top with sliced tomatoes and red onion for a fresh, crisp side.
05 - Serve the grilled steak skewers atop the crispy fries with the fresh salad alongside to complete the dish.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
