01 -
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse lightly with warm water, and set aside.
02 -
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat and remove beef from pan.
03 -
Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the same pan. Sauté garlic, ginger, shredded carrots, sliced bell pepper, and mushrooms for 3–4 minutes until vegetables soften but retain slight crispness.
04 -
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, beef broth, and cornstarch until smooth and combined.
05 -
Return cooked ground beef to the pan. Add the drained noodles and pour sauce over all ingredients. Toss thoroughly to distribute evenly.
06 -
Cook mixture for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and coats the noodles.
07 -
Sprinkle sliced green onions on top, toss gently, and serve immediately while hot.
