Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray air fryer basket with oil. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles or rectangles.

Optionally spread mustard thinly over center of each dough piece. Place one slice of ham on dough, folding if necessary to fit. Top with one cheese stick. Roll dough tightly around filling, folding sides to enclose completely and pressing edges to seal.

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush mixture generously over rolled sticks. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to finish.

For oven method, bake sticks on prepared sheet for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. For air fryer, place 2 to 4 sticks in basket and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Allow to cool 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
