In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly incorporated.

Lightly grease a 23×33 cm (9×13-inch) baking dish. Evenly spread the beef and green bean mixture into the dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is fully heated through.
