08 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
09 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

11 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
12 - 1-2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

14 - Fresh cilantro or green onions (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Thinly slice the cabbage and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, vinegar, and honey/maple syrup.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, ginger, and onion, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add the cabbage to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage softens but still has a slight crunch. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss to coat. Add red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
04 - Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with fresh cilantro or sliced green onions. Serve as is or with steamed jasmine rice or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.

# Notes:

01 - Swap ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
02 - For a keto-friendly meal, omit the honey/maple syrup and serve with cauliflower rice.
03 - Leftovers store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
