Add lite coconut milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen mango, honey, and vanilla extract into the container of a Vitamix blender or other high-powered blender, in the order listed.

Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades as needed.

Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and thick, scraping down the sides if necessary.

Pour smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while cold and creamy.
