# Ingredients:

01 - 14 ounces (1 3/4 cups) lite coconut milk
02 - 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
03 - 1 frozen banana
04 - 2 cups frozen mango
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Add lite coconut milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen mango, honey, and vanilla extract into the container of a Vitamix blender or other high-powered blender, in the order listed.
02 - Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades as needed.
03 - Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and thick, scraping down the sides if necessary.
04 - Pour smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while cold and creamy.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter version with a tropical flavor, substitute almond-coconut milk blend for lite coconut milk. Use plain Greek yogurt for a less sweet option, adding extra honey if desired. Frozen banana ensures a creamy texture, while room-temperature banana yields a thinner smoothie. Honey can be replaced with pure maple syrup for a vegan option.
