09 - Toothpicks or kitchen twine for securing rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully slice each chicken breast to create a pocket without cutting all the way through.
02 - Combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped basil, chopped parsley, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir until evenly blended.
03 - Spoon the herbed cheese mixture evenly into each chicken pocket. Secure the openings with toothpicks or kitchen twine to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.
04 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and chicken is cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safe consumption.
02 - Customize the herb blend in the filling according to personal preference.
