Crispy Homemade Chicken Nuggets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (about 1 lb)
02 - 1 1/4 cups panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1 egg, beaten (optional)

→ Seasonings

04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For Cooking (choose one)

09 - 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil (for deep frying)
10 - Cooking oil spray (for baking or air frying)

# Instructions:

01 - Process chicken cubes in food processor until chunky but not ground. Mix with seasonings
02 - Shape into 1.5-inch nuggets with wet hands. Coat with breadcrumbs (optionally dip in egg first)
03 - Place on baking tray and freeze for at least 1 hour
04 - Deep fry 8 minutes, or bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, or air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until golden and 165°F internal

02 - Cook directly from frozen
