3-Ingredient Strawberry Cookie Crumble (Printer-Friendly Version)

01 - 23 Golden Oreo cookies
02 - 1 (3 oz) Strawberry Jell-o
03 - 4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside
02 - Put Oreo cookies in the food processor and pulse until they're crumbled. Be careful while doing it, because the crumbs shouldn't be too small and the same size
03 - You can also make the crumbs in a zip lock bag. Put Oreo cookies in it, zip the bag and roll over them with a rolling pin, until you get crumbs
04 - Put Oreo crumbs in a medium bowl, add strawberry jello powder and mix
05 - Then add melted butter and mix until the crumbs are well coated in butter
06 - Transfer the crumbs into the prepared baking sheet and spread even layer
07 - Bake for 8 minutes. When it's done, take it out of the oven and leave to cool. If a solid layer has formed, crumble it with your hands or use a zip lock bag and rolling pin

# Cook's Notes:

01 - Crumbs shouldn't be too small or uniform in size
02 - Can add strawberry extract (up to 1/2 teaspoon) for extra flavor
03 - Stores at room temperature for up to 7 days, refrigerated up to a month, or frozen up to 3 months
