01 - 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Set aside
02 - Lightly season the salmon bites with salt and pepper
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in honey garlic mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring until slightly thickened
05 - Return salmon bites to the skillet, tossing them in the glaze until fully coated and caramelized
06 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice, steamed veggies, or a side salad

01 - For crispier salmon bites, lightly coat with cornstarch before cooking
