Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1 ½ lb salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - ¾ teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For the Sauce

07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
08 - 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
10 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
11 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
12 - ¼ cup honey

→ For Garnish

13 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
14 - 2 teaspoons chopped chives

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Pat dry salmon cubes and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Massage with 1 tablespoon oil.
02 - Heat skillet with oil, cook salmon in batches 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden. Transfer to plate.
03 - In same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger in remaining oil. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
04 - Return salmon to skillet, toss with sauce. Check seasonings and serve over rice.
