# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice

→ Sauce Ingredients

03 - ¼ cup honey
04 - ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
07 - 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
08 - 1 tbsp water (if using cornstarch)

→ Cooking Ingredients

09 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Garnish

10 - 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
11 - 1 tsp sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. If using cornstarch, mix it with water and add to the sauce.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and slightly golden.
04 - Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp.
05 - Spoon the shrimp and sauce over a bowl of warm rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
