# What You'll Need:

→ For the Mozzarella Sticks

01 - 1 bag (8.5 ounces / 6 cups) Flamin' Hot Cheetos, crushed (3 cups)
02 - 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half
03 - ½ cup (62.5 g) all-purpose flour
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 4 large eggs, room temperature

→ For Serving

07 - Parsley, chopped, for garnish
08 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Process Cheetos in food processor to fine crumbs.
02 - Set up three shallow bowls: first with flour, salt, and garlic powder; second with whisked eggs; third with Cheetos crumbs.
03 - Dip each mozzarella stick first in flour mixture, then eggs, then Cheetos crumbs. Repeat dipping in eggs and Cheetos for double coating. Place on parchment paper.
04 - Freeze coated mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes, up to an hour.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Lightly spray sticks with cooking spray, place in air fryer basket with space between each. Cook 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
