Hot Honey Peach Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 1.4 kg chicken wings
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Sauce

05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
07 - 120 ml peach preserves
08 - 60 ml hot sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

→ For Frying

10 - Oil, for deep frying

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a deep fryer to 175°C (350°F) and ready your work area.
02 - Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels, then season evenly with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
03 - Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
04 - Incorporate hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves into the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened to a syrupy consistency. Remove from heat and set aside.
05 - Lower chicken wings into hot oil in batches. Fry for 12–15 minutes, turning as needed, until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Transfer fried wings to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
07 - Toss the crispy wings in the warm peach hot honey sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.

01 - For extra crispy wings, ensure they are completely dry before frying and avoid crowding the fryer.
