# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 package puff pastry

→ Filling

02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
04 - 2 medium jalapenos, sliced
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Finish

06 - 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into strips approximately 2 inches wide.
04 - Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each pastry strip, fold over, seal edges, then twist strips into spiral shapes.
05 - Arrange twists on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
