Juicy Blackstone Quesadilla Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches each)
05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles

→ Special Sauce

07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
09 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickles
10 - 1 tablespoon finely diced onion
11 - 2 teaspoons white vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Set the Blackstone Grill to medium-high heat, reaching approximately 400°F. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned and no pink remains. Season evenly with salt and black pepper as the beef cooks.
02 - Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, finely chopped pickles, diced onion, and white vinegar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and homogeneous. Set aside for assembly.
03 - Place tortillas flat on the grill. Spread a generous portion of special sauce onto one half of each tortilla. Top with browned ground beef, a scattering of chopped dill pickles, and an even layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Fold each tortilla in half to enclose the fillings. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the underside is golden brown. Carefully flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until the reverse side is crisp and the cheese is fully melted.
05 - Transfer quesadillas from grill to a cutting board. Slice each quesadilla into four pieces using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent cracking and facilitate easy folding.
