# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form eight 3-4 inch circles using shredded Swiss cheese.
03 - Bake the cheese circles for 6 to 8 minutes until edges turn golden brown and crisp.
04 - Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve, horseradish sauce, and paprika in a mixing bowl; mix until smooth.
05 - Layer each baked cheese circle with corned beef and sauerkraut, then drizzle with prepared dressing.
06 - Carefully roll each cheese circle over the filling while pliable, then let them cool for a few minutes to set.
