01 - 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
02 - 1 cup cooked white rice
03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - ½ cup mayonnaise
06 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
07 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon salt
10 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

11 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
12 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the chopped lobster meat, cooked white rice, heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.
03 - Grease a 2-quart casserole dish lightly to prevent sticking.
04 - Spread the lobster mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
05 - Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter in a separate bowl until fully coated.
06 - Evenly sprinkle the buttery Ritz cracker mixture over the lobster filling in the casserole dish.
07 - Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the topping turns golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
08 - Remove the casserole from the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
