# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

02 - 4 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped

03 - 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
04 - 1 tbsp butter

05 - 2 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
06 - 1–2 slices tomato

07 - 1 brioche bun, toasted

08 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
09 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

10 - Salt and black pepper to taste

11 - Garlic aioli or spicy remoulade for drizzle

# Instructions:

01 - Shape ground beef into a loose ball, then smash flat in a hot skillet. Season with salt and black pepper, cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy edges develop. Place cheddar cheese on top, cover skillet until cheese melts.
02 - Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat, then add chopped lobster meat and toss gently until warmed through to infuse buttery flavor.
03 - Toast the brioche bun cut-side down in a skillet or toaster until golden brown to add texture and prevent sogginess.
04 - Spread mayonnaise and optional Dijon mustard on the toasted bun. Layer the cheesy smash patty, warmed lobster, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and finish with a drizzle of garlic aioli or spicy remoulade if desired.
05 - Serve the assembled burger hot with fries or chips for a restaurant-quality experience.
