Lobster Rolls Seafood Dream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ pounds fresh lobster meat, cooked and chopped
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - ½ cup mayonnaise
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 4 hot dog buns or split-top rolls
08 - Fresh chives, chopped for garnish (optional)
09 - Lettuce leaves for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - If using live lobster, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lobster for about 8-12 minutes until the shell turns bright red and the meat is opaque.
02 - Remove the lobster from the pot and cool under running water. Once cooled, crack the shell and remove the meat. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
04 - Gently fold the chopped lobster into the dressing, ensuring it’s evenly coated without breaking the lobster too much.
05 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Toast the hot dog buns lightly until golden brown on both sides.
06 - Place a few lettuce leaves (if using) inside each bun. Scoop a generous amount of the lobster mixture on top.
07 - Sprinkle with chopped chives if desired. Serve immediately while still warm.
