→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 8 large flour tortillas
07 - 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
08 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
10 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
11 - 1 tablespoon mustard
12 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the browned ground beef and combine thoroughly.
03 - Lay out the tortillas and distribute an even portion of the mac and cheese beef mixture onto each. Roll up tightly into burrito-shaped rolls.
04 - Brush each rolled tortilla with melted butter. Cook in a clean skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Slice each roll and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Enhance flavor by adding spices such as paprika or cayenne to the filling for heat.
02 - Ground turkey or chicken may be used instead of beef for a lighter option.
03 - Create a vegetarian version using plant-based protein or crumbled veggie patties.
04 - Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on the rolls before toasting for a richer, cheesier crust.
