02 - 1 to 1.5 cups (240 to 360 ml) hot mashed potatoes
03 - 4 to 6 ounces (120 to 180 ml) hot gravy suitable for the chosen meat
04 - 1 slice soft white or whole wheat bread

# Instructions:

01 - Place bread slice on a serving plate.
02 - Spoon mashed potatoes over the bread, spreading evenly.
03 - Pour a small amount of hot gravy over the potatoes.
04 - Top the potatoes with sliced warmed meat, arranging evenly.
05 - Ladle the remaining hot gravy over the assembled sandwich.
06 - Present hot with a side salad or hot vegetable of choice.
