# Ingredients:

→ Tortellini

01 - 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini

→ Chicken

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
04 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
05 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - ½ teaspoon paprika

→ Marry Me Sauce

07 - 2 tablespoons butter
08 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and thinly sliced
09 - 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
10 - 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
11 - 2 cups heavy cream
12 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
13 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
14 - 1 teaspoon paprika
15 - 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
16 - 2 cups baby spinach, chopped

→ Garnish

17 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
18 - Extra parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the chicken breast pieces with black pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika until evenly coated. Set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter to the same skillet and allow it to melt. Stir in the minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Italian seasoning, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk continuously until the sauce begins to bubble gently. Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
05 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the chopped spinach and frozen cheese tortellini. Stir well to combine and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted and the tortellini are heated through, about 5 minutes.
06 - Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Cut chicken into uniform, bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking and optimal flavor absorption.
02 - For a gentle kick of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
03 - Let the tortellini rest for a couple of minutes before serving to help the sauce thicken and meld the flavors.
04 - To streamline meal preparation, the chicken and sauce can be prepared ahead and stored separately from the tortellini.
