Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, blend cooked chicken, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and 5 slices of crumbled bacon. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, stirring until evenly combined.

Spread the prepared chicken mixture evenly into the greased 9x13-inch dish.

In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until fully coated.

Sprinkle the buttered cracker mixture evenly over the surface of the casserole.

Place uncovered in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

For additional garnish, bake extra bacon strips at 375°F for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cool, then crumble.

Remove the baked casserole from the oven. Sprinkle with extra crumbled bacon and chopped chives before serving.
