# Ingredients:

Pasta

01 - 8 ounces spaghetti noodles

Meat and sauce

02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 680 grams pasta sauce
04 - 60 grams yellow onion, diced
05 - 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste

Cheese sauce

10 - 60 grams unsalted butter
11 - 360 milliliters heavy whipping cream
12 - 135 grams Parmesan cheese, shredded

Topping

13 - 225 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare spaghetti noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with diced onions until beef is no longer pink; drain excess fat. Stir in pasta sauce, chicken bouillon powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for a few minutes and remove from heat.
03 - On low heat, melt butter in a separate skillet. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until warmed. Slowly add Parmesan cheese while stirring until sauce is smooth and melted. Season with salt and pepper as needed, avoiding boiling to prevent separation.
04 - Toss cooked spaghetti noodles with the prepared cheese sauce until evenly coated.
05 - Transfer creamy pasta to a 7x11 inch baking dish. Spread meat sauce evenly over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 177°C (350°F) for 15 to 20 minutes. Uncover and broil briefly until cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Keep the cheese sauce just below boiling point to prevent curdling.
02 - Jarred Alfredo sauce may be substituted to reduce preparation time.
03 - Dish can be assembled ahead and baked later; add extra baking time if chilled.
